Expand your understanding and experience the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda. When practically integrated, balance & harmony reside in the body, spirit & mind; yours as well as the students you teach. Teaching Ayurvedic Yoga is both a service to humanity and the practice of evolving oneself.
Through the experiential learning and self-awareness, you will deepen your spiritual journey & be able to create, sequence & teach classes that are most beneficial (Tri-doshic) for everyone in your class, guided by the wisdom of the elements, constitutions, gunas and the seasons and lead your students deeply inward.
In this in-depth curriculum, we will experientially learn the science of Ayurveda, Yoga Asana (including full courses in Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga & Yin Yoga), Pranayama, Anatomy, Physiology (Western and Ayurvedic perspectives), Sanskrit, Vedic Philosophy, Mantra & Meditation.
