Restorative Yoga Series

This eight week series is available in studio as well as online via Zoom. To attend a class online you must have a current class card or pay for a drop in prior to class beginning.

If you do not have bolsters, blocks, or straps, you may use some of the following items as substitutes:

firm pillows

sofa cusions

robe belt or scarf
