Yin Yoga w/Denise - Wednesdays 6:30-7:45 pm

Yin yoga is a passive practice, holding postures on the floor for 3-5 minutes, getting into the connective tissue and helping students to relax in the deepest layers of mind and body. 

Rise Up w/Janet - Tuesdays 8:00-9:00 am

Rise up and start you day with this is an energetic, lighthearted practice challenging yourself along the way.  The movements promote strength, endurance and suppleness. Be prepared to work your edges as you enjoy a lively flowing practice.  The class is an intermediate class, prior yoga experience is suggested. The goal is not the pose, the goal is enjoying the ride along the way.
