Get on your mat and breathe, stretch and shake out the negative juju from the morning and finish your day feeling centered and confident in this 60 minute slow flow class. Explore your breath, body and mind and link them all together in this relaxing flow. Don’t worry, you’ll still get a nice workout in holding poses to really link the mind and body. Leave class feeling refreshed, centered and ready to take on the rest of your day!

Take time for yourself with Ground Down Yoga! Welcome all Yogis to a yoga class that will help you unwind, ground down, and relax.
